today i'm dropping off this painting,
titled "lonely house"
at artSpace
for the Durban Artists' Choice Award 2014
this time i am doing it!
the theme is "window(s)"
and this is what i came up with.
the achingly beautiful poem by Pablo Neruda says:
"So i wait for you like a lonely house
till you will see me again and live in me.
Till then my windows ache."
yes it is quirky and yes i am nervous...
but i'm doing it anyway.
